Pages Updating the Contact Us Page

The Contact Us page is the page where patients can go to submit inquiries to your practice. If you need to view and manage the inquiries sent by patients, please see the Inquiries section of your P3 Publish admin. If you need to edit the content on the Contact Us page, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your P3 Publish admin and select Pages from the column on the left.
  2. Find “Contact Us” in the Pages list and click the green Edit button to the right of it.
  3. Use tabs in the content editor to edit the following:
    • Form Introduction: Use this tab to provide an introduction to the Contact Us form. This content will appear in the form area under Contact Us, above the form fields.
    • Communication Heading: Use this tab to provide a heading for communication guidelines (Ex. Communicating with Your Physician).
    • Email Guidelines Content: Use this tab to provide email guidelines. We have provided our standard content in this section, but you may edit it as needed.
  4. When you are finished editing the page, click Save and the changes will be added to your website.
