Appointments Clearing Out Processed Appointment Requests

To clear out processed or unneeded appointment requests, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your P3 Publish admin and click on Appointments in the column on the left, or select Manage Appointments from the quick-start menu on the P3 Publish admin homepage.
  2. If you are clearing out processed appointments in the Appointments list, you may want to use the sorting options in the table header to sort the appointments by Status, so that all of the processed appointments are grouped together.
  3. To remove an entry from the list, simply click the red Remove button to the right of the item in the list.
  4. You will then be asked to confirm that you want to remove the appointment request. Click Ok to proceed. (Note: Once you have removed an appointment request from your admin, that data cannot be recovered. Make sure the information in the request is recorded elsewhere if you will need it in the future.)
